I grew up in the woods of Mississippi among deer, insects and birds. My interest in art and art history led me to attend the Rhode Island School of Design. There, I majored in Illustration, and spent my free time creating puppets and puppet shows. After college, I spent a lot of time traveling around Europe and Africa, and soaking up as much of the world as I could. In 2005, I began my apprenticeship in Mississippi, and I started tattooing in 2007. I have spent the last several years working at Eye Candy Tattoo in New Orleans, LA, and traveling to work at conventions around the world. I am very thrilled to now be joining the Red Rocket crew, and excited to see what New York City is all about! I enjoy most all tattoo styles and types, but my favorite subjects to tattoo are probably the more whimsical and elegant… and, for a lack of a better word, “girly”… I’ll never turn away a request for a lovely lady head, or a mermaid, or a fuzzy critter or bug!
